A presidential candidate of the Conventions People’s Party, Mr. Opesika Aggudey has threatened court action, if the result does not go in his favour. According to him he has evidence that the elections were rigged by other contenders.

Speaking to the journal he said ‘this people are joking with me, i have evidence and witnessess who are ready go to court of the cheating that went on during the election’.

Although he did not state what he termed as rigging, he said when the issue gets to court we will hear who the culprits are.

In a related development, the chairman confirmed that he has recieved a protest letter from Aggudey but had not read it due to the tension and the pressure on him. He said they will look into it and take a decision.

Meanwhile, Aggudey informed reporters that he was hungry was going to eat ‘waakye’ and when he returns ‘fireworks’ that is if he is not declared winner.
