Mrs. Nduom shakes Agbogbloshie market

The wife of the presidential candidate of the Convention People’s Party (CPP) Mrs. Yvonne Nduom, on Monday visited and interacted with market women at the Agbogbloshie market in Accra .

The jubilant women who had prior notice of the visit of Mrs. Nduom gathered together singing and dancing amidst shouts of ‘we need a change’, ‘Paa Kwesi is the right man for Ghana ’ ‘we have suffered for far too long’ amongst others.

Addressing the over excited crowd, Mrs. Nduom said the sufferings of Ghanaians in general and women in particular was becoming unbearable and asked the women to rally solidly behind Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom and the CPP to win the forth coming elections.

‘The CPP will put Ghana first and transform the country for Ghanaians to live in prosperity and be proud of their country’ she noted.

Mrs. Nduom said the market attract traders from all over Accra but the conditions at the market is very deplorable and assured the women that she would renovate the market should the CPP get the nod in the December polls.

She said when she becomes the first lady she will establish Day Care Centers in the various markets so that the market women would keep their children there whilst at work. She also promised to construct places of convenience at market places to ease the trouble buyers and sellers go through to attend to natures call.
