The standard and measurement which could be used to determine whether a person lived a fulfilled Christian life could be identified by influence and impact. Such person’s lifestyle and the humanitarian gestures carried out over the spiritual growth and provision of a better life to everyone who have an encounter with him.

The ability to impact success and growth on the lives of others is a divine calling which has true love as the bedrock of all operations. A person may be kind , generous , gives scholarship to the deprived but brilliant students, yet such philanthropic gesture may be borne out of deceit, self pride, lust for fame and popularity and sometimes cover-up for evil deeds perpetrated by them.

Nonetheless, true Christians are supposed to be agents of salvation, development, success and better life. To a true believer, such activities are part of their Christian principles and doctrines which Jesus Christ laid down for us to emulate. Jesus’ death on the cross of Calvary and His resurrection was the vehicle which brought to Mankind, Salvation, healing, deliverance, victory, protection, blessing and breakthrough.

Jesus Christ was and still the greatest Soul winner the world has ever known. He gave His life for the remission of the sin of the world. Those who believe and accept Him are saved and millions of people all over the world are beneficiaries of His goodness. Our savior Jesus Christ epitomizes peace, comfort, joy and power over the anti Christ which has been struggling fruitlessly to rule the world through his nefarious and craftiness to deceive the world even the elects. But thanks be to God, children of God are awaken and are putting on the full armour of God and with Jesus Christ as the General of the Army of God, Satan and all his followers shall be defeated again and again. Every born-again Christian receives spiritual blessing. The day a person accepts the righteousness of God into his life, everything he needs including a fulfilled Christian life and better standard of living are provided so that he will not lack anything.

But we must note that God’s blessings for His children are meant to be duplicated so that other people around us could also be partakers of the blessings of God.

God noticed that your family is poor; he looked for someone to be used as an agent of change. He saw you, anointed you for success so that you can eradicate poverty in the faces of all your siblings, and relatives, but what did you do? You are now rich, wealthy and influential but poverty is still written on the faces of your family and friends.

If you fail to do God’s will by imparting breakthrough to your friends you may forfeit your wealth but if you become an agent of change giving jobs to the jobless, helping the poor and supporting them spiritually and physically, your blessing shall increase because if you take care of God’s children, more blessing will be supplied to you so that your works of goodness and kindness will not cease.

“Praise be to the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. He chose us before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love, he predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ in accordance with His pleasure and will. Ephesians 1 verse 3-5. If a person has the revelation of the divine provision of God for his life and he consciously work in the light of God’s word, certainly all has spiritual blessing will be translated into physical blessing which includes wealth, success, promotion, good health, good job, and business including marital bliss.

This category of people will have what it takes to influence lives of people around them positively.

For example, Father Abraham who the bible called Father of faith was destined to be blessed and also become a blessing to his family, generation and those unborn.

Because of the covenant God had with Abraham and his ability to identify God’s purpose and plan for his life, he remained faithful to a fault and was able to receive abundant blessing. When God called Abraham he promised greatness, abundant blessing and power to increase and multiply across the surface of the earth. Abraham became so blessed, influential, powerful and famous.

One basic attribute of Abraham to be noted was his ability to share his blessing with others even those who persecuted and betrayed him were beneficiaries of his generosity. Many times, I heard Christians sang “Abraham’s blessings are mine I am blessed in the morning, I am blessed in the evening, Abraham’s blessings are mine” yes it is possible to enjoy Abraham’s blessings but can we distribute and share our blessings with others as Abraham did?

Many people when they are climbing the ladder of greatness, they humbly associate themselves with everyone around them but the moment they are elevated to greatness and fame they forget their beginning and those who helped them achieved whatever they are today. Instead of being a blessing to others they are rather terrorist, oppressors and sadist who careless about the plights of others. Some will only use their money and connections to destroy the vulnerable, God have mercy on us. “The Lord said to Abraham, leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you.

I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you, I will make your name great and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and whoever curses you I will curse and all people on earth will be blessed through you”. Genesis 12:2.

Abraham became so blessed that he shared the blessing with his nephew, Lot. In all these abundant blessings which God bestowed on him, he did not abandon God; he gave what belonged to God to him in tithing. Just like Abraham, God will bless you. As you read through this message, don’t forget that God wants to bless others through you. God wants to use you to save your friends and family therefore go out today and preach the good news to the broken hearted.

Be a blessing unto others. You are saved to save others. You are blessed to bless others. Lift somebody up today. Your light must shine amongst your people.

God bless you
