‘NDC, NPP must stop lying’
Posted by on November 11, 2009 at 10:19 am in Other Top StoriesThe General Secretary of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Mr Bernard Monah, has charged the NDC and the NPP to desist from politics of deception and falsehood.
According to him, it is high time both parties stopped pointing accusing fingers at each other for their misfortunes, adding that “Ghana does not belong to the two political parties.”
In the opinion of Mr Mornah, the NDC used a lot of propaganda tactics and media gimmick to win the 2008 elections.
He made these remarks on Peace fm, an Accra based radio station last Monday.
He explained that none of these parties can help move Ghana forward, stressing that both parties are made up of self-centered people.
He added that the NDC should stop ‘making unnecessary noise’ and concentrate on building a better Ghana as they promised during the campaign period.
Against this background, he indicated that the PNC is the only political party that has solutions to Ghana’s economic problems and therefore entreated Ghanaians to vote the PNC in 2012.
“I have absolute confidence that the PNC will form the next government and by the grace of Allah this country is going to move forward,” Mr Mornah boldly expressed.
