‘Induction Special’ Golf Championship slated for Feb. 28

GNA – About 150 amateur golfers would parade at the Tema
Country Golf Course to compete for honours in a ‘Special Induction’ Golf
Championship on Sunday, February 28.
Mr Ebenezer Adablanu, General Manager of the Club told GNA Sports at
Tema on Tuesday that six executive members of the Club who were elected to
steer the affairs of the Club for a two-year term, would be inducted into
office after the competition.
They are the Captain, Vice Captain, Secretary, Assistant Secretary,
Lady Captain, Treasurer and a House Member.
Mr Adablanu said the competition would be played in accordance with the
local rules of the Tema Club.
Kweku Okyere, Captain of the Club would lead the Tema team, which would
include Paul Owusu-Baah, Ebenezer Tetteh Mensah, Alex Fiagomey and William
Asiedu Yeboah.
The Achimota Golf Club team which would be led by their Captain Mike
Aggrey, would include Mike Ezan, Matthias Dorfe, Paul List, Daniel List and
Yaw Assah-Sam.
