Tabron Hotel, located at Abeka Lapaz in Accra, off the new market road, was the point of call for this week’s edition of Hotel and Tourism Today.
The hotel is very spacious and comes with modern facilities like self-contain rooms with in-built toilet and bath facilities, fully installed split air conditioners with colour televisions.
It also has a drinking bar with well stocked domestic and foreign assorted drinks and beverages.
Tabron hotel also has both ceiling and standing fans in some of its rooms for clients who do not need air conditioners. The hotel has a stand-by generator to provide power supply during power outages.
Tabron has been the port of call to many visitors and guests due to its affordable room rates which can meet the ordinary man’s pocket.
Some of its room rates are as follows: double bed with fan and TV goes for a cool GH¢15; double bed with fan is GH¢12; twin bed with fan also goes for GH¢15; and GH¢18 is charged for a guest who decides to sleep in any of the hotel’s twin bedrooms with fan and TV.
For a twin bedroom with AC, TV and fridge, the hotel charges GH¢30 whiles GH¢23 is charged for a guest who sleeps in a double bedroom with AC and TV.
