Eto’o: I Don’t Need World Cup

Samuel Eto’o was last night named in Cameroon’s World Cup 23 despite questioning whether it was worth his while going to South Africa.

The Inter Milan striker said: “I still have a few days to think about it, because I don’t need this in my career.”

The Cameroon squad includes Alex Song of Arsenal and Spurs defenders Sebastien Bassong and Benoit Assou-Ekotto.
