Brew-Aidoo, Owusu-Baah win Barclays Golf

Carl Brew-Aidoo and Margaret Owusu –Baah, joined the winners of the Barclays Bank sponsored Achimota Golf when they picked the top prizes of the August edition of the tournament held at the weekend.
While Carl took the men’s Group ‘A’ Mug with a 71 net score ahead of Yaw Assah Sam 72 net and Vincent Cofie 75 net, Mrs. Owusu Baah made it with the course per score of 72 net beating Leticia Amponsah Mensah with 73 net.
In the men ‘B’ Group play, Martin Poku popped up with 73 net and was followed by M. Amankwah 74net and T. Morgan 77 net and in the ladies section, M. Gambra-Sampaney 72 net won from Diana Baiden 77 net.
J.K. Amuzu won the men’s putting company returning 27 putts while Nana Bema-Tackie took the ladies prize also with 27 putts.
Mr. E. Quarcoo of Pavetech Engineering, former club captain Geoff Fisher, David Atuwo and Nana Adjei Duku took turns to present prizes to the winners
