Vodafone Retail Shop Gets New Look

Vodafone Ghana has rolled out a new look for its retail shops as part of efforts to position itself as the most innovative and customer focused telecommunications company in the country dedicated to providing the most convenient ambiance for its clients.

The new look Vodafone Retail Shops are scattered across the length and breadth of the country with the main purpose of increasing accessibility and comfort to customers.

According to Mrs Kate Amoo-Gottfred, National Internet Café Manager, the last ten months has seen massive transformation of Vodafone Ghana’s Retail Shops and roll-out of new Internet Cafes across the country, adding that the new look retail shops have points for SIM registration, sale of handsets, handle applications for fixed line services, top-ups, payment of bills, complaints, SIM swaps and activations, general enquiries, telecom services and internet cafe services.

Ten of Vodafone’s Retail Shops now offer customers a warmer atmosphere, and broader selection of merchandise from our range of Mobile, Broadband, Fixed lines, and Internet cafe services all in one location.

This makes the Vodafone shops different from competition as the only operator offering consumers a complete communications solution on the go.

“The purpose of this project is to create increased customer and public awareness of our one stop shop solutions to all their communications needs, emphasising our position as a total communications service provider.”

Mrs Amoo-Gottfred said since the Launch of Vodafone in Ghana, lots of initiatives have been carried out with the view to providing world class services to our customers’ country wide.

These initiatives such as the model Retail Shops and the Internet Cafés make our brand stand out among competition, thereby reflecting our customer obsessed way of doing business with our customers.

She mentioned the unique aspect of the new changes as the combination of the retail shop and internet cafes where the forum for communication and entertainment; customers surfing, chat or to do business at any of these stores.

Customers do not have to own their own personal computers but can come and experience Africa’s fastest internet cafe services.
