Miracle Bible Ministry International Is 20 Years

Miracle Bible Ministry International (MBMI), also known as Nhyira Fie, attained the age of twenty (20) on February 10, 2011.
The church- with branches across Ghana and in the United Kingdom- seeks to celebrate its twentieth anniversary during the Easter festivities this April.
The church also invites everyone to attend this life-transforming event on a date that will soon be announced through this medium.
In an interview with Religion Today, the Bishop and General Overseer of the church, Bishop Philip Kofi Boateng, disclosed that Nhyira Fie was established in a very miraculous way on February 10, 1991.
Yes, in a very miraculous way because Bishop Boateng comes from a typical traditional home, and his father was a fetish priest.
This is what he had to say about himself and the establishment of the church: “I come from Akim Achiase in the Eastern region where I lived with my parents. I grew up in idol worshipping because my father was a fetish priest known as Opanyin P. K. Boateng.”
He revealed that as they lived in this town they indulged in serious idol worshipping because it was the order of the day.
“God had a special assignment for me as a child. He therefore delivered and changed me from this idol worshipping to Christianity, and today I have grown up to be full of blessings, anointing and miracle. I am therefore thanking God for making me the founder and general overseer of Miracle Bible Ministry International,” Bishop Boateng expressed.
He revealed that after encountering Jesus Christ one day, he was delivered from the spirit of darkness into light. And thereof, became full of blessings and the Holy Spirit, which led him to establish the church.
Bishop Boateng attended various bible schools to upgrade his skills in the pastoral profession and theology.
Some of the bible schools included Good News Bible Institute, Hope Institute of Theology, Christian Action Faith Bible School, School of Christ International, Trinity Theological Seminary in Legon and the School of Languages at the Workers College in Accra.
He moved on to acquire further pastoral training and was ordained as a full-time pastor in the church (Apostolic Divine Church), and then served the church for 14 years.
It was during this time that he met his ordained wife, Rev. Mrs. Grace Boateng, and God blessed them with 5 children.
Touching on his achievements, the founder of Miracle Bible Ministry International disclosed that he converted his whole family to Christianity and also established the Miracle Home Academy and employed most of the youth in the church.
“I donated GH¢5,000 to retired Rev. Joseph Addo who was then a reverend minister in the church, and I also changed my private car into a taxi cab for Madam Florence Nyama, who was an old woman in the church to take her to and fro the church as well as for commercial purposes,” he told Religion Today.
He further revealed that he has given scholarships to some brilliant students in the church to enable them further their education to the secondary and tertiary levels.
“Some of the members have also benefited from vocational trade like hairdressing, carpentry, dressmaking among others,” Bishop Boateng stated.
Bishop Boateng also rewards regular and hard-working church members from time to time in order to make the church a dwelling place for its members.
Prior to the event that will come off in April this year, Bishop Boateng entreats his cherish readers to Psalm 124:

1. “If it had not been the LORD who was on our side,” let Israel now say—
2. “If it has not been the Lord who was on our side, when men rose up against us,
3. Then they would have swallowed us alive, when their wrath was kindled against us;
4. Then the waters would have overwhelmed us, the streams would have gone over our soul;
5. Then the swollen waters would have gone over our soul.”
6. Blessed be the Lord, who has not given us as prey to their teeth.
7. Our soul has escaped as a bed from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped.
8. Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
