Real Estate awards to be launched on Friday

The media launch for the first African Real Estate and Housing Finance Academy (AREHF) Awards will be held at the HFC Bank head office on Friday February 17 2012 in Accra.

AHREF Academy is a leading source centre for the development of real estate housing finance in Africa.

The academy instituted the awards ceremony to appreciate those who have put in reasonable and measureable efforts to boost the real estate and housing finance market in the African region.

The awards, which will premier this year in Nairobi, Kenya from March 29-30, 2012, is set to provide a great networking platform for all the real estate establishments within Africa and award some key players in the industry who have done exceptionally well.

“It is our hope that this can serve as a motivation and stimulant to other organizations in the region and outside the region to commit to the development and the industry.

“It is our pleasure to launch to the media in Accra the first ever AHREF awards ceremony, spreading the awareness in the Accra real estate industry and to the rest of the distinguished West African cities. We hope this will serve as a welcome to all real estate companies participating and attending the ceremony in Kenya come March 29-30, 2012,” a release from the awards secretariat noted.
